Card on File

All services booked require a card on file to guarantee the appointment.

24 Hour Cancellation

Any appointment that needs to be canceled must be done so prior to 24 hours before the appointment start time. If failure to do so, a charge of 50% of the service(s) total will be charged to the card on file, unless the guest requested another form of payment.

No Show 

All no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service(s).

Refunds

I do not offer refunds on any services, however I do guarantee my services. If you have any concerns with the service you received, please contact me within 24 hours and I will fix it to your satisfaction at no additional charge.

Deposits

All save the date deposits are non-refundable.

The deposit goes toward the day of services.
